According to government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Adhar Card, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-In.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be above 18 years of age. Children between 1- 12 years must be accompanied by adults. The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 11 AM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

Cancellation via proper communication by email before 7 days from date of stay,100% refund can be initiated.
Cancellation between 4-7 days before date of stay, 50% refund can be availed.
Cancellation before three days stay, no refund can be availed.
Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable for the entire length of stay.
